Welcome to Au Logis de la Cognardière

On the Cognardière site in Briare (Loiret) in a house on the edge of the Briare Canal, we offer three completely renovated rooms, labeled "Chambre d'hôtes Référence" by the French Tourist Office network.

Two km from the Briare canal bridge, on the start of the scandiberic towards Ouzouer-sur-Trézée, you will have a magnificent view of the lock at the junction of the two canals, that of Briare and the one that is lateral to the Loire.

 You can radiate in bicycle or by foot on many tours, visit the Val de Loire, la Puisaye with its fishing ponds and its pottery, Guedelon, St Fargeau or go up to Sancerre.
